Crystal singing bowls have been used as a tool in healing for decades. Just listening to the sounds of each bowl, combined with our intent, their pure sound has the potential in reaching the body and mind, bringing about a state of deep relaxation and well-being. 

Each bowl resonates at 432 Hertz, and much like notes on a musical scale, they correspond to each of our chakras or energy centers in our body.

Your body and your heart knows those frequencies and seeks out the coherent aspect of each sound, sending healing vibrations to the areas of your body that currently swim with incoherent frequencies.. 

You may only hear or feel the vibration on one side and this is generally an indication that the other side is out of balance or not yet “in step” with your whole body, or is not yet vibrating at the coherent state.  Using your intent and awareness to this aspect, along with focused breathing and simple reverberating chants (to keep the mind clear), I work with you through your breathing, and with brief guided meditations, and we will focus on whichever chakras or energy centers your body alerts us to.

This practice helps you to hone your awareness to certain emotional imbalances, bringing them up for reflection and release, for your own feeling of attunement or well-being.  

You will feel relaxed, calm, and likely be given a better understanding of what your body, heart and mind need to maintain this beautiful state of being.
